It's the last day of Spring, with the Summer craziness around the next bend. Or is it!!!

Peter Jackson bought us 'Lord of the Rings', Andrew Adamson bought us 'Narnia', the natives bring us 'Episode VII - Land Wars'! It's happening world wide. We're supposed to be the most intelligent beings on the planet. So when are we just going to get on with it????
The new pad in Fiji....
NO CREEPING or LURKING!!!!
The 2007 Santa Parade. The highlight......good ol spongy!
It's all fun and games until someone laughs and giggles too much!
Sign of the times.
The cockroaches are f@#king huge.....!
.....i c u baby.....
Not even Fiji gets away from the parking Nazis!!!
Not usually my thing as far as images go, but this did catch my eye on the main street of Nadi Town!
The firedancing is absolutly stunning.....
And the sunset....
Enemo???
The next island we visited, Robinson Crusoe, located on the west coast between Nadi and the Coral Coast, perched off Natadola Beach. Primo, basic but full of fun and very friendly staff with tonnes of activities along with masses of fish on the coral reefs nearby. Boasting some of the best sunsets I've ever seen. And the live entertainment, not to be missed.
First tropical island, Nananu-i-ra, at the northern most point of the main island, Veti Levu. A simple backpackers often missed because of it's out of the way location, but a truley wonderful barely touched oasis of beach, sea, blue skies and amazing coral reefs. Ohhh for an underwater camera!!!
BULA!!! Well i've finally got access to the internet and able to post pics. It's been an exhausting week, after such a long period of sitting at home, it's nice to finally get out and about doing stuff. It's taken a little getting used to the Fiji life, the heat, the constant blue skies, the culture, the beautiful scenary, geekos, frogs, lizards, coconut palms, stunning warm aqua sea, the friendliness of the people, the hustle and bustle of Nadi, the traffic, the swimming pool, Fiji Bitter (gulp gulp) and something about a coup! But I'm adapting well!!! Haven't had an awful lot of time site seeing but the time will come. Hope all are well and will update soon. z
